Estimate housing loan quickly calculation method.
If the housing value is RM270000. Just take out behind 2 digit value then divide by 2.
Mean 2700 / 2 = 1350.
The housing loan around is rm 1250 – 1450 for 25 – 30 years .
Calculation for 25 – 30 year plus minus rm 100.
The formula based on 90% housing loan. You guys can try it 🙂
